CPshop - By Marty. This gets my vote for the best third party tool available. This is a script system for you to host your own shop and pull CafePress products into your pages. You are free to design at will. CPshop also has great features which will let you sort items the way, create product filters (ex. show by price range), etc.

CP Layouts - If you just want to stick with your Premium Shop, Audrie offers great templates for a reasonable price. Save time and use one of these to launch a high impact store quickly.

SearchCP - By Adam. Search tool for your CafePress store search results can be tailored to only bring results from your store(s). CPCoupon integration. Search is an important feature for customers and I highly recommend having a search option.
